Mermaid uses a 1-5 or 1-7 integer score by default. Pick one scale and stick with it across phases for the chart to read cleanly.

Is this the same as a service blueprint?

No — journey maps focus on the user's experience; service blueprints also include backstage processes and staff touchpoints. If you need a blueprint, describe both layers in the prompt and the generator will render what Mermaid supports natively.
